This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds for virtual live yoga classes, value packs, and online programs offered by Sri's Yoga Classes.
1. General Policy

All sales of virtual live yoga classes, value packs, and online programs are generally final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds or credits for missed live classes, partial attendance, or if you change your mind after purchase.

For online programs, once access has been granted, the purchase is generally non-refundable.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection and compatible equipment to participate in our virtual classes and access online programs. Technical issues on your end do not qualify for a refund.
2. Value Pack Specifics

Value packs have an expiration date clearly stated at the time of purchase. Classes not utilized within this period will expire and are non-refundable.

Value packs are non-transferable.
3. Online Program Specifics

Access to online programs is granted upon successful payment. Please ensure you review program details, content, and any free preview materials (if available) before purchasing, as refunds are generally not offered once access is provided.

If an online program is permanently discontinued by Sri's Yoga Classes before you have completed it, a partial refund or credit may be considered on a pro-rata basis, at our sole discretion.
4. Exceptions (Circumstances for Potential Refund/Credit)
While our general policy is no refunds, we may consider exceptions in the following rare circumstances, at our sole discretion:

Class Cancellation by Sri's Yoga Classes: If Sri's Yoga Classes cancels a scheduled virtual live class without providing a suitable alternative (e.g., rescheduling the class or offering a substitute instructor for the same time slot), you will be offered a full refund for that specific class or a credit towards a future class of equal value.

Technical Issues on Sri's Yoga Classes' End: If a live class is significantly disrupted or rendered unusable due to a widespread technical issue originating from Sri's Yoga Classes' platform or instructor's setup, and we are unable to resolve it promptly or offer a reasonable alternative, you may be eligible for a refund or credit for that specific class. This does not include individual technical issues on the student's side.

Medical Emergency (Severe & Documented): In cases of severe, unforeseen medical emergencies that prevent you from attending a significant portion of a purchased live class package or from engaging with an online program, we may consider a partial credit or refund on a case-by-case basis. This will require official medical documentation and will be subject to our review and approval.
5. Requesting a Refund/Credit
To request a refund or credit under the exceptional circumstances outlined above, you must:

Contact Sri's Yoga Classes within 48 hours of the missed class or issue, or within 7 days of an online program purchase (if applicable), via email at refunds@srisyogaclasses.com

Provide a clear explanation of the reason for your request and any supporting documentation (e.g., screenshot of technical issue, medical certificate).
6. Refund/Credit Processing

All refund or credit requests are subject to review and approval by Sri's Yoga Classes.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

If a credit is approved, it will be applied to your Sri's Yoga Classes account for future use, valid for a specified period (e.g., 3 months), and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
7. Future US/EU Expansion Considerations

For Indian Residents: This Refund Policy is currently applicable to services provided within India.

For Future US/EU Expansion: When we expand services to the US and EU, we will review and update this Refund Policy to ensure compliance with relevant consumer protection laws and regulations in those regions (e.g., cooling-off periods, specific refund rights under EU consumer law).
