These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sri's Yoga Classes website and our virtual live yoga classes, value packs, and online programs. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sri's Yoga Classes website (the "Site") or enrolling in our virtual live yoga classes, purchasing value packs, or accessing online programs (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Sri's Yoga Classes provides:

Virtual Live Yoga Classes: Classes are conducted online via a designated video conferencing platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment (computer, internet connection, webcam, microphone) to participate.
Value Packs: These offer a bundle of virtual live classes at a discounted rate.
Online Programs: These are pre-recorded or structured online courses providing comprehensive yoga instruction. Access to these programs is typically for a defined period or perpetual, as specified at the time of purchase.
Instructor Connection: The Site facilitates connection with instructors for doubts, primarily through designated communication channels (e.g., chat, email, forum), as specified for each class or program.

4. User Accounts

Account Creation: To access and utilize certain features of the Services, including purchasing value packs and online programs, and scheduling classes, you will be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Billing Address, Phone Number (Mobile), Country, City, and Zipcode, and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Sri's Yoga Classes immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, abuse, or otherwise interfere with Sri's Yoga Classes or other users. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing your account access, recording classes or online program content without permission, or distributing any content from the Services.

5. Payments and Pricing

Pricing: All prices for classes, value packs, and online programs are listed on the Site and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize Sri's Yoga Classes to charge your chosen payment method for all purchases made.
Taxes: Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes for services provided within India. For future expansion to the US and EU, additional taxes or VAT may apply as per local regulations.

6. Health Disclaimer

Sri's Yoga Classes provides yoga instruction for general well-being. It is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, including yoga, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns. By participating in our classes or programs, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk and that Sri's Yoga Classes, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries or damages you may sustain.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sri's Yoga Classes Site and within our classes and online programs, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and class methodologies, is the property of Sri's Yoga Classes or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without prior written consent from Sri's Yoga Classes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sri's Yoga Classes shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

For Indian Residents: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
For Future US/EU Expansion: Once services are offered in the US and EU, specific governing law and jurisdiction clauses will be added to address local regulations and consumer protection laws in those regions. This may involve designating the laws of a particular state/country within the US/EU, or providing for arbitration.

10. Changes to Terms

Sri's Yoga Classes reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our Site. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
